Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS POLICY:
For stock items we have a 30-day no quibble return policy.
If you want to return a Pebble for any reason at all please send it back to us, unused, and preferably with all original labels and packaging.
Within 7 days of receiving your returned Pebble we will exchange it, stock permitting, or issue a refund less the original postage costs.
You will be liable to pay for the return postage – we recommend you use a tracked service for this.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Pebble Urn Ltd will be happy to exchange a Pebble which is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly shipped, through any circumstance which is our error, within 30 days from the date of dispatch, stock permitting.
If you are exchanging an item you are required to pay for return postage plus the standard postage cost for shipping the replacement item.

BESPOKE CUSTOM-MADE PEBBLES:

You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of a Pebble made to your specifications. These items are non-returnable unless the item is faulty or made to the incorrect measurements. Please contact us if you need any assistance or advice.

EXTENSIONS TO RETURNS PERIOD:

We can extend the returns policy at our discretion if you are unable to return items within the 30 day returns period. Please email us at hello@pebble-urn.co.uk for authorisation to do this.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
We try to process returns as quickly as possible, and always within 7 days of receiving the returned items.

WHAT INFORMATION DO I ENCLOSE WITH MY RETURNED ITEM(S)?

Please email us at hello@pebble-urn.co.uk with your Order Number and the reasons for return or exchange. We will reply confirming authorisation to return.
